ORACLE is outreach collaborative perinatal care. Midwifery and Maternal Fetal Medicine work together to increase access to specialist care with the midwifery benefits of continuity of care provider. Our service is designed for people experiencing substance use, mental illness, homelessness, violence, or involvement in the child welfare system. We also offer sexual and reproductive health care, including sexually transmitted infections (STI) testing and treatment and support for the termination of a pregnancy. We partner with many community organizations including outreach nursing, mental health and addiction services and community health centres. We are aligned with the principles of harm reduction and trauma informed care.
